How to install

    git clone https://github.com/babelomics/babelomics.git

We need to prepare documentation about the way of working of this database
Important to show a mail where any person can contact us

Provide genotype frequencies annotation

Saturation chart to the menu

Move saturation chart to a particular menu item
By default, it should plot the global (for all the genes) saturation plot.
Include a box to enter genes to produce gene-specific saturation plot

Create a documents for downloads differents groups:

Frequency Data Download

I was wondering if there is a way to download the population-specific VCF file(s) from the CIBERER Spanish Variant Server? I need information on “0Freq”, “1Freq” for MGP (267 healthy controls) and IBS (107 Spanish individuals from 1000genomes) sub-populations.
