I think it is related to the pip version that was coded in the docker file, it seems that it should be updated.

Interesting tool

In order for people to be able to try out this tool, it would be great for a panel to be available freely. I don't think you publish the GISAID one because of terms.

You could however make a panel from GENBANK sequences so that users could download it and get going straightaway.

Making your own panel seems rather laborious for a quick trial run.

On a different note, as an alternative you could mention Nextclade which can perform clade assignment on incomplete sequences [I'm a maintainer]
