For now only post semantics (a.k.a. run-to-completion) are supported.

Gotta be very careful with:

• Which functions are candidates for dispatch semantics? Functions that may suspend are good candidates.
• Deadlocks.
• Throwing a fiber_interruption exception to the wrong fiber because jumping handles when dispatch semantics are on.

Previously the sync primitives didn't support inter-strand communication, so the lack of stress tests was alleviated by the deterministic unit tests.

Now the sync primitives support inter-strand communication and we have non-deterministic concurrent programming where stress tests are used to find bugs. Write them.
