思路

这题可以说是 #29 的变体。也是通过快慢指针去做，如果快指针走到了尽头证明没有环，如果快指针最终和慢指针相遇，说明快指针已经走了一圈，证明有环。

需要额外注意的是：相遇的点不一定是环的起点，相遇点有可能是链表上的任意一点
