Add an option to add dollar amounts to the project and view financial stats.

Description of issue:
To reproduce this issue, go to the Projects page, select a project, and upload a file. Then go to the Issues page, select an issue, and upload a file. When you upload the second file, if you look in the web developer console's Network tab, there will be duplicate GET requests to re-pull the files list for both the Project and Issue.

Expected behavior:
When uploading a file, it should only perform one GET request to pull the files list, for ONLY the page you are on.

Currently saving to a projects folder instead of an issues folder.

The design is currently too complicated and ugly. I'm also not a fan of the datatables for this project.

Let's simplify it.

Remove the following:

• Clients Notes and Uploads
• Teams / Teams Users and Uploads
• User Permissions
• Project Assignments
• Manage Users (There will only be two accounts that will be seeded automatically; an account for me and a guest account)
• Livewire Powergrid on all pages
• Modals; The forms may be too complicated to be handled in modals and I also don't like managing the state of modal windows

Work on the following:

• Add more animations where necessary
• Add more loading indicators where necessary
• Add charts and quick links on dashboard
• Add notifications for projects close to or past due date
• Keep track of project and issue status changes in a separate table
• One-click complete/incomplete projects or resolve/unresolve issues
• Clients, Projects, and Issues will be cards instead of tables for better UX
• Add search and filters separately for these pages; only show incomplete/unresolved items by default

In each of the main components for pulling a Project, Issue, or Customer, there are multiple API calls to retrieve data. Refactor them into a single API call.

If a user knows the ID of a project, issue, or client that isn't theirs, they can type it into the URL and pull it up to modify it. Prevent users from accessing other users' records.

Should also send an email when a project or issue is marked as complete/incomplete.
