This doesn't seem to be associated with this extension. Please raise this ticket in https://github.com/ckan/ckan/issues

If it helps, issue seems to only be present in CKAN >=2.4 (plugin is working fine in another CKAN 2.3 instance I have running)...

This issue was fixed on ckan master here: ckan/ckan#2640 and will go out in CKAN 2.5 in January with backports. I'll try out the temporary fix from @fara now.
