The chanjo1 report accessible on the case sidebar doesn't contain detailed info on the genes, only those with incomplete coverage at the default level.
On a chanjo1 report these genes are shown if you open the Customize form and check the "show genes" checkbox:

On chanjo2 you find the same checkbox closer to the default coverage table, but yes I see why one misses it, something in the layout is wrong and it got pulled on the extreme right of the page, I'll fix!
