``Config.py`` using wrong openai for requests about continue HOT 6 CLOSED

To be sure of what's happening:

• You have set your config file like above
• The VS Code window has been reloaded
• The model select dropdown in the bottom left says "OpenAI - gpt-3.5-turbo"
• Select code and enter '/edit ...'
• Then you receive a response that is too fast to be LocalAI, presumably from the free trial
