Decoding Issues in Windows Version 2.0.0 about intellij-sops-plugin HOT 4 CLOSED

The decoded file looks like this:

Because of the first characters I suspected the encoding and changed that from iso8859-1 to utf-8 but this didn't work either.

The original content of the file was:

a=1234
b=456

Im currently recovering from an accident but i will take a look as soon as i can.
In the meantime you should be able to install the old version manually.

Would it be possible to give me more information about the issue? Maybe an example file or a screenshot or anything that helps me understand it better? :)

Today i found the time to check again and i was finaly able to reproduce this :)

Changing the encoding of property files alone did not help indeed.

This v2.1.0 pre-release resolves the issue for me, please feel free to test it.

The plugin now requires powershell >= 7 which you can get here if not already installed.
