Convert Main Window To DevExpress Ribbon Window; Add Themes

Convert the main window to DevExpress, add ribbon to replace old tool strip menu and add theme support.

Redo Splash Screen

The current splash screen for WolvenKit shouldn't be used for WolvenKit DX due to the following:

Has too many specific references to the original WolvenKit team and it needs to be made clear that this is a different fork.
The splash screen has poor performance in terms of both rendering and loading times. It shows pixels on the edges and takes longer than it should to parse the .JSON files even after they are fully populated.

The asset browser is not a straightforward conversion to DevExpress and it also has some clunkiness to it due to the limitations of the widgets/controls being used on the window. It will need to be redone in order to have it match the rest of the application theme and also allow for usability improvements.
