Rendering wiki/edit_permissions

ActionView::TemplateError (undefined method `+' for nil:NilClass) on line #90 of vendor/plugins/redmine_wiki_permissions/app/views/wiki/edit_permissions.html.erb:
87: }
88:
89: .wiki_permission_roles {
90: background: url(<%= ActionController::Base.relative_url_root + "/images/database_key.png" %>) no-repeat;
91: padding-left: 18px;

No route for permission page

When I clicked on the permissions icon from my wiki page, I got this error

No route matches {:action=>"create_wiki_page_role_permissions", :controller=>"wiki"}

I did enable the module, I'm logged in with administrator privileges to my redmine instance. I do have edit wiki permissions seleceted for my role.

Im running rails 2.3.14 as recommended (although I'm a rails newb and learned on rails 3.1). Did i forget to do something?
