I already made an issue like that before, but sadly didn't had the time to answer your question, so here I am uploading it, because the following bug is still present:
For a random player the game logic starts to freeze in midgame; he still seems to be connected but he can't do anything. Neither are his units moving or creating new ones. In the terminal of the program it still says, that he is connected.

Сейчас это не реализовано вообще и игрока просто выкидывает из матча, с дальнейшим разрушением его построек и уничтожением его прогресса, а так как в Казаки 3, в отличии от "Снова Война", нельзя сохранить прогресс во время сетевой игры.
I saw that cheats are enabled on LAN multiplayer, can we disable that somehow?

Regarding the possibility to save multiplayer games, do you think it is possible now? The game got some new updates, since another user asked this question. Back in the days, this feature was available on the old Cossacks game (Back to War) in LAN mode.

I am sad to say that multiplayer saves will never be a thing.
they have confirmed they won't add it.
A game like this is played among friends, Long matches, countless hours of fun continued over days if necessary. But They did not officially make LAN nor multiplayer save.
For years, we have asked for Multiplayer save function, but nothing was done.
I sincerely request that you, who are passionate about the game and community, make a way to save multiplayer games. Please.

As the title says, everyone is loosing control over their units after ~20 mins. We have the issue on Linux and Windows clients. The server runs on ubuntu 20 lts which is in the local network.
When trying to connect two computers (win10 + Elementary OS) the connection is made, everything starts up, but after usually 5-10 minutes the connecting computer starts behaving strangely - can see all the movements of hosting computer, can see movements of its own, but it is unable to control anything. Tested both on WiFi and LAN connections, switched hosting computers, always the same issue.
It seems that this is a full-fledged server, it quietly deployed on the hosting and connection to a non-native server is also without any problems

I've been noticing the biggest map is not playable right away, it hangs with out of memory during multiplayer. The 2nd biggest map crashes when population grows bigger. I don't have this issues with single play.
Did you test largest maps during multiplay?
So my friend and I tried to play together, at first we used WiFi to connect (didn't work), then we used LAN to play but still didn't work.
I'm on Win10 and windows firewall is disabled,my friend is on Win7.
I know that it's not supposed to work with the internet but can you pleaseprovide a tutorial on how to use it ? Since I saw many other players saying that your server worked with the internet (Hamachi or IP address).
And last question is : How to make the TCP port 31523 reachable ? Because I tied opening the port on my router but still isn't working.

Im trying to make it work over internet using hamachi. However it doesent work and i got the error "windows socket error 10061".
Anyone manage to use it with internet ?
