Add feature to export a JSON file that can be reimported later, on some other account for example.

When imported to a new account, this JSON file contain all previous starred repos, and the extension should star them if not starred, and insert all the preexistent tags.

This way, if you have a JSON backup file, you not loose the tags if you remove the extension for some reason. You can reinsert via this JSON file.

The quota per item stored in storage.sync (QUOTA_BYTES_PER_ITEM) is only 8.192 bytes

If this quota is exceeded for the tag object (stores all the tags) or repo object (stores all repositories) we should handle that by creating another object and split the data between these objects.

why does your stars manager require read/write permissions to my reps?

I think the html of github has changed

$('.user-profile-repo-filter') is returning null.

I hope there will be two more features:

1. Able to rename tag without break the tag connection with stars
2. Able to manage tag with stars list. It's like a list with checkboxes of stars, and one can add stars to tag and remove stars from tag in bulk.
