This is an amazing project.
What I'm confused about is, have you tested it with an actual receiver, like Ublox or Septentrio.

Because I only have the USRP in my hand, I cannot test it.

EUSPA recently released updated version of OSNMA receiver guidelines and test vector files as well (version 1.3). I had no problems with older vesrion (e.g. v1.1), but when I use vectors from updated file, this error message appears. Do you know how to deal with it? Is there any way to set user start time?

Hey, according to the icd (Annex D section D.2 I/NAV FEC Coding and Interleaving Numerical Example), the example input to the encoder is 11111111 11110000 11001100 10101010 00000000 00001111 00110011 01010101
11100011 11101100 11011111 10001010 00011100 00010011 01000000. i tried to input it to your code and test it and got a different result.
Marked in bold the section where it starts to be different.
