I forget what led to this one, but I think in general if all of the capitalized keywords are checked for validity that that would cover whatever issue I was having at the time I wrote this one. Having syntax highlighting in Pe now is also a help, but until we push that version of Pe into Haiku it's now there for everyone to use just yet.

You mention the system popping up dialog boxes with errors though and you want haikuporter to do those checks. That's what I'm asking. I haven't seen any system popups about errors that could've been caught by haikuporter.

There are already a couple tickets about having haikuporter search for variable errors.

I think the messages I saw would have gone away if the dependency packages were copied into a packages directory before the hpkg is moved in that requires those packages. I think we can close this one as I think i that's what the original issue was then it was just about the order of moving the hpkgs into the packages directory.

probably caused by moving the .hpkgs into packages out of order, with the dependencies not moved in before the hpkg that depends on it got moved in.
