According to the algorithm of Johnson, this line should rather be if (circuit(W)) f = true;. I'm not quite sure what happens here, but I implemented the algorithm myself and ended up having a strange problem. On my journey of finding the bug, I found your implementation, which helped me a lot. After I have resolved my issue, my implementation yielded more cycles than yours, which is caused by the difference in the line mentioned above. As the additional cycles are also elementary cycles and not duplicates, I assume this is a bug in your code.
