FINALLY, DO NOT USE THIS TO MEASURE PERFORMANCE.

Usage

You'll need a Github OAuth token.

cp .env.sample .env
vim .env # fill in with the token and your team details
foreman run bundle exec rake digest

Note

If you don't provide GitHub repositories and members, all repositories and members of the organization will be included in the daily report.

Deployment

Sorry, this is not yet a service! For now:

  • Push to a Heroku app
  • Add config vars
  • Install the addons mailgun and scheduler
  • Configure scheduler to run daily, running bundle exec rake daily_email

devdigest's Issues

? more consistent formatting for support tickets

Basically, I was thinking it would be nice to re-org to be more like github. So it would group by the user (instead of by open/closed) and then have something like closed, updated, etc. Might even be nice to consolidate this in to github listings for a more total view of each users stuff, but then we might have to create a map between zendesk emails and github users (fwiw).

Switch to support-api

Oh hai!

It seems your tool uses Zendesk. That's probably a bad idea now.

Are you actively using the Zendesk functionality? What does this functionality do? Do you feel empowered to change to support-api yourself? How can we help?

cross org support?

We now have stuff in heroku && interagent, not to mention pliny. So we should maybe expand support to do those?
