parrot.live's Issues

Disable frame print

Run curl parrot.live and click on parrot and it will start printing each frame in console

Any support for something like PowerShell?

Sadly, Windows doesn't have curl. But PowerShell does have the ability to call [Invoke-RestMethod](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/microsoft.powershell.utility/invoke-restmethod?view=powershell-6), which is Window's way to making HTTP requests from the console. However, running Invoke-RestMethod parrot.live returns an HTML page that, as far as I can tell, has a bunch of SVGs.

Is there a way to show the Party Parrot on PowerShell as well? It would be fantastic for my work laptop!

Color not reset after every frame

The color should be reset after every frame so if you close the connection you can use your terminal normally without a different color.

nyancat.live ?

Hello, I have a repo:
https://github.com/joeheyming/ascii_nyan

Which I was maintaining before I found your repo. I merged some of your code into my repo. But I was wondering, could we possible work together to make a nyancat.live? I'm not sure how you got in contact with Vultr, but I'm interested in doing a similar approach.

Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

🚨The website is down! 🚨

curl parrot.live

will respond with:

<html>
<head><title>500 Internal Server Error</title></head>
<body bgcolor="white">
<center><h1>500 Internal Server Error</h1></center>
<hr><center>nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)</center>
</body>
</html>

Expected:
🦜

ASCII escape characters do not work on Windows

Despite some other posts saying Windows doesn't come with curl pre-installed or whatever, it works fine on my machine, and it's definitely not something I've added myself. For some reason though, my PC won't print it in colors (or with the cls or clear that makes it actually look animated by resetting the screen before each next parrot). Is a fix for this possible? More technical specs or details available as necessary... Sceenshot below:

Running a second time causes ... nothing to happen

Hi. First off ... this is awesome and gave me a much-needed smile this morning. πŸ˜ƒ

That being said, I ran curl parrot.live once and it worked perfectly. I Ctrl-Cd out of it. A bit later I tried to run curl parrot.live again and ... nothing happens. The terminal seems to just hang. No timeouts. No errors.

Restarting iTerm and running it again still didn't work. Figured I'd let you know. Cheers!

mac terminal

It just prints each frame in mac terminal, not the animation

parrot.live dead?

curl parrot.live is not working. I have tested on three Macs running Mojave and Terminal. It has worked in the past for me on the same machines.

iMac iTerm not handled properly

There is a duplicate parrot that is flickering rather quickly

Is it possible to instead use the clear console command? \033\143

I also get a Cyan "undefined"
