dataverse's Issues

Macbook M2 Error: FeatureNotFound: Couldn't find a tree builder with the features you requested: lxml. Do you need to install a parser library?

Just noting this in case someone else runs into the same issue. Since it seems to work fine when just installing bs4.

Issue
When running:

soup = BeautifulSoup(response.text, "lxml")

Error Received:
FeatureNotFound: Couldn't find a tree builder with the features you requested: lxml. Do you need to install a parser library?

Fix:

  1. Run >pip install lxml
  2. After install is complete, restart the notebook service. I used VSCode: cmd+shift+p -> Developer: Reload Window
