What steps will reproduce the problem?
2. buy extra wallet.
3. change rupee count (999) and save.
4. buy something

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Wallet upgrades aren't removed.

I bought 3 extra wallets. On the screen it was +800. At some later point, I 
edited my rupees again and it was reset back to the first size

Need a way to edit how much your wallet can carry, item upgrade selections 
would be nice too. Also bottles.

1. when I change anything in my save file

-to see the changes without anything else being altered

What do you see instead?
-every single time I saw the changes I made but I also lost the 4 additional 
adventure pouch slots, had 8 but lost the ones you can find/buy

-I also tried the beta0 version(update.7z 08-Aug-2012 01:24 4.3M) and the 
R28-win32.7z verson, they both did the same thing   

-did about 30 different individual changes, loading my original save file each 
time, including adding a single rupee then changing it back to the original 
amount, tested on all 3 save slots, also saved at different locations in the 
game
