• Sometimes a timer is not stopped correctly and keeps running
• Minutes aren't calculated correctly -- for example, the timer shows "00:120" when two minutes have passed

It would be nice to have a drop-down selection box for picking which display OpenGL outputs to. That way, when troubleshooting, even with the projector connected you could choose to show the stimulus on the main display. This can come in handy if the projector is in the microscope cage but you want to see what a stimulus looks like.

Right now, experiment parameters & experiment folders are saved relative to the current working directory. Thus if the code is run while the user's current directory in Bash is not where the code is stored, the experiments will be saved wherever the user's current directory is, rather than in the directory with the code.

The code should get an absolute path to its own directory and store all parameter settings relative to that, rather than the current working directory.
