Hi @mgabriell1 ,
This is indeed odd. I will check if I can reproduce this issue on our HPC system.
The good news is that at least libglpk works in your installation. Otherwise, the optimization test would fail.

Could you post the following output from within your conda environment?
whereis ldconfig
echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Sure, here it is:
$ whereis ldconfig
ldconfig: /usr/sbin/ldconfig
$ echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
/cluster/apps/lsf/10.1/linux2.6-glibc2.3-x86_64/lib:
I've checked and I get the same results while not having gapseq's conda environment activated (I don't know if this is relevant).
