• Add type hints
• Test against python 3.10
• Pin to a specific verison of skimage -- i think some of the property names changed between 0.18 and 0.19.
• More checks in regionprops to prevent horrible dask debugging

Description

When using regionprops on an array with no intensity given a TypeError is thrown while this parameter is optional.

What I Did

from dask_regionprops import regionprops
example_array = da.zeros(100).reshape((10,10))
regionprops(example_array)

• Make a pytest fixture for generating data
• Switch data generation over to mda-simulator at least for intensity images
• Test all 4 array types
