AppVeyor builds fail because they reach the 60 min limit about jsbsim HOT 3 CLOSED

This is an intermittent issue with the TestInputSocket test hanging forever, i.e. the test neither passes or fails and with the test hanging forever we then hit the 60min timeout on AppVeyor. When the test does run successfully the whole build and test process only takes about 5 mins on AppVeyor.

It may be related to issue 31 - #31 which describes intermittent failures of this test on Linux only on Python 2.7. Although in that particular issue the test doesn't hang forever it actually fails.

Just for information, CMake can run all the tests but TestInputSocket with the following command

> ctest -E TestInputSocket

@bcoconni thanks for the -E tip. I've just pushed a merge request and confirmed that it works in terms of excluding TestInputSocket on AppVeyor. Once we figure out the issue with the test we can then re-enable the test.

@agodemar the build times on AppVeyor should now be consistently around 5 mins.
