Seave is a web platform that enables genetic variants to be easily filtered and annotated with in silico pathogenicity prediction scores and annotations from popular disease databases. Seave stores genomic variation of all types and sizes, and allows filtering for specific inheritance patterns, quality values, allele frequencies and gene lists. Seave is open source and deployable locally, or on a cloud computing provider, and works readily with gene panel, exome and whole genome data, scaling from single labs to multi-institution scale.
First of all, great work with seave, it is a great tool.
In my group we have make an amazon server with the seave image (going step by step in the installation process as it is marked in the administration manual). We can upload gemini db without any problems, can create/change users. But the databases do not appear in the list, even if the user has permisions for the group where the database is in. Furthermore the administrator, in the data management menu can see them (the one we have uploaded and the one that comes with the image), and can delete them, etc, but we cannot access them, nor work with them (even the one that comes with the image do not appear in the databases rows, even with the administrator account). We cant make new groups too.
