I think MR4-53 is using MUTCD standard alphabet Series D 2000 (https://mutcd.fhwa.dot.gov/SHSe/Alphabets.pdf). I'd guess there's a font file for that out there somewhere.

Uhm, yeah, I have the Roadgeek fonts (they're mentioned in README.md), and I have Wisconsin Rustic Roads in the system already. I have to update the list of the ones that still aren't there. They're getting down into fairly low-priority ones.
