Note that the 'OSM generic' shields in Phil! Gold's repository are PNG-only, and we'll want SVG ones. Easiest approach is probably to steal from https://ircama.github.io/osm-carto-tutorials/editing-guidelines/#scriptsgenerate_shieldspy
