Thank you for sharing the information about Mugsy.
It is really helpful.
I succeed in installing and running it on multiple whole genome sequence (WGS) files.
However, currently, I need like to run it for around 2100 WGS of H. pylori (@sequence is 1,5Mb).
I'm a beginner in command tools.
I tried this, but it seems wrong.
ls | parallel -j 10 nohup mugsy \--directory /data/Ricky/MGE/Mugsy/MGE_dataset/output \--prefix HP \/data/Ricky/MGE/Mugsy/MGE_dataset/*.ffn -q {} | &

Could you please give me a suggestion of how I run Mugsy in parallel?
I have a 24 threads computer and would like to run it using nohup.
