I was a Data Scientist at Oncodesign Precision Medicine in Dijon, France. My work consisted of implementing and evaluating novel interpretable machine learning approaches to improve the identification of new therapeutic targets for patients resistance to anti-cancer treatment using multi-omics data based on 𝗢𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗦𝗡𝗜𝗣𝗘® 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁. I am graduated with a Master's degree in bioinformatics and multi-Omics engineering from the University of Paris-Est Créteil. In this course I learned about bioinformatics and its applications in the health field. My different trainings have allowed me to have a wide range of knowledge in the field of health and environment as well as an integrative vision of different fields for health (One Health concept).

I'm passionate about artificial intelligence, particularly machine learning and its application to health, especially cancer..
