Support multiple file types/formats about metamos HOT 1 CLOSED

createProject has been updated to support multiple library/file types. The format parameters now apply to all subsequent reads until they are changed so for example:
createProject -d test12 -i 150:450 -q -1 test1.fq -2 test2.fq -f -m test.fna -i 400:500
will create a project with two libraries, the first composed of non-interleaved paired fastq files with a distance of [150:450] and the second with an interleaved fasta file with a distance of [400:500].

Multiple -1, -2, -m parameters are supported so the commands:
createProject -d test12 -q -1 test12.fq -1 test1.fq -2 test2.fq -i 150:450
and
createProject -d test12 -i 150:450 -q -1 test1.fq,test12.fq -2 test2.fq
Will both create a project with two libraries, one paired, one unpaired.
