adding feature sec, min, hour about jekyll-timeago HOT 2 CLOSED

This is how it works most of timeago plugins in other languages/frameworks/plugins and I really thought to make a simple port to Jekyll. But finally I decided to start with a simple, custom and user friendly implementation, with a different approach. I think for a blog-post date is enough to display for example: 3 months and 4 days ago, not 3 months, 4 days, 2 hours and 37 minutes ago. Or for example: today instead of 10 hours.

But anyway, I like the idea to compute hours when time passed is lower than one day 👍. I'll think about it for future updates. Pull-request are welcome as well.
