Update SCR plugin

Update the org.apache.felix.scr plugin from 1.8.2 to 2.0.2.

Changing the version to 2.0.2 results in various errors in the integration test (project service.test).
Complete build log can be found here.

The master branch which is still on version 1.8.2 is working fine.
All work related to this issue can be found in branch update_scr_plugin.

Make declarativce services work with annotations

Running mvn install pax:provision in parent (branch ds-annotation) starts the test provisioning, which no longer successfully runs on this branch which uses annotations instead of xml files for definition of components.
