There is a need for an easy deployment strategy that can be used in an production environment. How is the software shipped and configured? Is there a need for maven for shipping?
Running mvn install pax:provision
in parent (branch ds-annotation) starts the test provisioning, which no longer successfully runs on this branch which uses annotations instead of xml files for definition of components.

Update the org.apache.felix.scr plugin from 1.8.2 to 2.0.2.
Changing the version to 2.0.2 results in various errors in the integration test (project service.test).

The master branch which is still on version 1.8.2 is working fine.
All work related to this issue can be found in branch update_scr_plugin.
Maybe create maven profile in order to active webconsole when needed.
