When I opened the door and drawers, I expected the movement to carry when I let go of the grab button, to be able to slam them open or shut, but they unrealistically stop dead.
It would be cool if they carried the movement velocity, the way it is in Job Simulator, etc.
I am so tired of 'teleporters'... They will be the death of VR yet.
There's a youtube video to 'turn the VR Template into Free Locomotion' WHAT A JOKE,. THE TURNING TAKES YOU ON A BIG SWOOPING PUKE'Y ARC THAT EVEN MAKES ME SICK.. I SWEAR I ALMOST QUIT VR AFTER THAT 'TUTORIAL' .... No wonder there is really nothing (NOTHING) good in VR yet,.. Any Artist has zero hope of WRANGLING the beast that is UNREAL, the BASIC RESOURCES like a 'free VR locomotion template',
Does ANYBODY know of a simple VR Locomotion sample project or template with PROPER TURNING? WHY HAS UNREAL NEVER ADDED A FREE LOCOMOTION VR TEMPLATE????

I have some errors while I running Word Interaction map and there is few physics spheres 1.A they are producing some errors

Im trying to export your project to unreal 4.20 but i cant paint on the whiteboard. I try to find out the problem, but im new user of unreal engine and i cant to solve it yet. Could you give me some help?
I'm noticing weird head tracking issues in the teleportation-related levels, when running on Unreal 4.12.2. There seems to be a slow juddering effect, as if the camera isn't properly interpreting HMD movement. I've only noticed in the simple teleportation level and the advanced teleportation level.
To reproduce: open the simple teleportation level, and add a simple cube mesh to the scene. Give it a texture like grass so the effect is more noticeable. Then run a VR preview, walk up to the mesh, and move your head towards and away from it, you should immediately see what I mean.

I'm a noobs anyway and I'm experiencing this issue while trying to run the VR_Head_IK example map.
Is there any workaround to resolve this issue?
I'm developing in Unreal Engine 4.12.5.
is it related to the rift connection?

Hi Mitch great work but when I have opened up the VRContentExample and gone into vr play it teleports fine I can push the button but my grab won't work it won't open the door or the draws etc it lights up that it's touching but won't interact like it should any ideas what's wrong

Your content examples are awesome, but there's an odd issue with the movement of the hand spheres and any items you pick up. like they are running at a much lower fps than 90.
The visual teleport components don't exhibit this issue though.
I made a video to show what I mean. (Jump to 0:17 to skip me fumbling with the hmd)

Everything is smooth and perfect, until you move your hands or pick up items.

The backspace button on the virtual keyboard example does not remove characters from web browser widget text boxes.
I had created my own virtual keyboard in 4.14 and everything worked fine (my personal keyboard: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOMRT9dZuh4). Porting the project to 4.15 broke the Enter and Backspace virtual keys but all other keys work fine. I used your project to see if your's was having the same issue which sadly it is when using 4.15. I'm pretty sure this issue is an engine bug since its not just my project having issues so I filed a bug report on Epic's Answer Hub but I'm still waiting for someone to reply.

Hello, I have found some bug in the door BP, when I open the door and want to teleport through the door, I have to move my hand through the door first and after that, I can teleport further.
Another bug or maybe it's just my mistake, I have been working on archviz project and exported first test version, for some reason I cannot teleport there, ground just doesn't show any option for this. I'll look why I see it in the Editor and not in Win.EXE application.
Hello, I have started to test your contentexamples, I like it very much. I have created simple level with your doors, when I opening door, teleport can't see through this door and to fix it I have to move my hand toward to door and cross the door line and only then teleport working again.
Is it possible to teleport easily when door is already open?
P.S. Also how to make door stop rotation if it hits my head, I was thinking to add sphere-collide to mycharacter, but it still ignores it.
