Add postgres builders

I think there can be a potential bug in the quote function at https://github.com/potfur/moss-storage/blob/dev/Moss/Storage/Builder/PgSQL/SchemaBuilder.php#L60..L63

You cannot quote an identifier just with ". Consider a table name, which contains this " inside. For quoting you can use the quote_ident() function, or just double " in the quote function.

I try to set up sample code to see how Moss Storage would work with Slim. Could you provide more info about models, to use Moss with regular MVC framework?

Skip unnecessary table alterations

It would ne nice if the library could emit events, e.g. beforeCreate, beforeDelete, afterUpdate, etc.
In this way one could either define listeners on runtime to define some application logic (e.g. log every time a record is deleted), or directly in the model definition, in order to inject some model "behaviours" (e.g. Sluggable, Timestampable, Translatable).
