HomeKit only knows about Away, Night, Stay, and Disarm. Both Home and Night will arm the system for stay, but allow setting different parameters in case you want something like bypass for night time arming. What do you mean you are unable to arm stay from the app, does the system fail to arm?

Thanks so much! I was just wanting to see if I could customise the "switches" to match the specific settings available to me on my ADT system. Not a huge deal, just wanted it to conform. The only real issue that I have is that, I think because of the delay set for Arm Stay and Arm Away it is causing my automations to "fail" because the alarm setting doesn't occur immediately. Is this a possibility? Wasn't sure if it was that or if my set-up in general (with lights, etc. is buggy).

Could you elaborate on what you mean by fail and what automation system you're using? I don't think this plugin would affect your automations since even if the arming missed the callback, the next time the plugin checked into alarm.com, it should pick up the new arming state and trigger any automations you had.
