WIP: Common module registration for all versions of node about abi-stable-node HOT 6 CLOSED

Observations:

• In 0.10 we have to add node::addon_abi_register_func to the end of node_module_struct to maintain binary compatibility (branch api-prototype-0.10.40)
• On master, I'm not sure how we can maintain binary compatibility since the node_module structure ends in a link to another module. I suppose we could just tack the function to the end just like in 0.10, but it's kinda weird if the link is not the last member.

Yes, but after some discussion in today meeting, we think node-0.12 might be a easier to achieve the goal. So I plan to port node-0.12 next week and then try again.
