Currently the PreferencesForm on the UI is not hooked up to any config service or the backend.

• implement a updateConfigs function in client config service
• create a router.post handler in config controller
• use it to update the database via the config "repository"

inTransaction(fn)

executes function within a transaction. the function should be provided a client (type: PgClient) in order to execute queries from within that transaction.

instead of getDb() calls. this means we can also just test repository with a test database by itself

UI

• "Save" button in bottom right of card
• default colour

Form

Follow the patterns in components/LoginForm

• create a form variable with useForm passing in PreferencesFormFields for the type parameter, and set default initial values.
• use {...form.getInputProps('username', { withError: false })} to connect each input field up to the form hook (replace with correct property name instead of 'username')
• wrap the form fields in a <form></form> element and set the onSubmit property of the form element to just console.log the values
