Is there manipulation or configuration to do before it can be detected?

Is there any original document that defines UUID_MILI_SERVICE,UUID_CHAR_pair, etc values?

Missing readme, a way to know what this does without needing to download, compile and test it.

I'm analyzing Mi band now and I have reversed the Mi band App on Android and sniffed the Ble data. But I don't know how to analyze it.
For example, in battery info, you can know byte[1] to byte[6] are charged time. But I'm confused how do you know that?
Could tell me how you analyze it?

I am trying to connect to Mi Band 1S and the application is not able to detect it despite being within the range.

is it possible to set each of the LED to a different color, for example the first is blue, the second is off and the third is red?
