The legend doesn't know how to scale properly

Only things that are necessary and working

This is in several function possibly including - simSave, simPlot, simLoad

two possibly related symptoms:

• simulation continues slightly past simStopTime
• only the first event at t=simStopTime appears to be processed (not all of them)

Agents do not have the ability to reproduce at the moment. This needs to be added.

modify examples to use data that can be shared with the package

• use different maps because the ones currently used are huge

The simPlot needs to have a default dimension when there is no raster on which to plot

This is necessary in some fire models, where the final fire size is what drives the spreading, not just spreadProb

• if filelist is provided but is empty, simLoad doesn't warn the user. I think it should.

related: if filelist is not provided, is a default empty list used, or is it NA?

This should be based on several possible mechanisms... random, random within polygons, non-random within polygons etc. These have analogues with SELES options
