Move VulkanRenderer/source/mesh3d.c to meshlib
Customizable Geometry Space and Memory Layout
There must be an option to specify coordinate space traits and geometry memory layout traits while creating meshes.
What problem does it tend to solve?
In V3DShaderLang SL2023, we can specify sge_optimal, sge_separate, and sge_interleaved vertex buffer layouts; currently only sge_separate can work correctly, to further add support for sge_optimal and interleaved, we need something more customizable while creating the geometries.
Make obj_parse_ascii more generic to load any ASCII obj file
Currently it can load obj file having text coords, normals and vertex positions and Facets having {index]/{index]/{index} syntax.
Make string_parser_line_count() to work; currently it returns constant value of zero
