Clippy is undefined about react95 HOT 3 CLOSED

Our useClippy hook consumes clippyjs dependency and we should handle this consumption by doing adding this useEffect function:

useEffect(() => {
    if (clippy) {
      clippy.play('GetAttention');
    }
}, [clippy]);

When Clippy is ready to be used, then the useEffect will fire and trigger what you want him to do.
