Have a universal hashtable that is used to populate the all of the TreeStores.
Each mission is assigned a unique hash that is saved in the xml file and also passed to the aircraft.(passing to aircraft needs to be set up in paparazzi)

Need to write function in xml.py to save mission information, and staging area information to the .xml file.

Each mission when sent to the aircraft is sent with a fixed lat/long. The ability to read incoming waypoint info from the autopilot and dynamically updating the lat/long before sending a command is important. This allows quick manipulation of the aircraft without needing to know exact coordinates.

Need to figure out how to properly close the code. Having issues where the main dialog box won't close. I though commit a549450 sorted it but maybe not.

Develop a New Command Dialog Window.

This window should allow all mission parameters to be set from a simple interface.

Need to modify GUI to a quick command adder. This button should allow the user to select a mission type ( circle or go_to) then select a waypoint loaded from the .xml file and either prepend or append the command to the UAV.

Xmlreader should read:
AC_id for each mission
Waypoints
Staging area order

Need to ensure that a proper file is being opened and not errors in parsing. As well the GUI should not allow the selection of files not ending in .xml.
