catkin_make failing with "no rule to make target"
Hello,
I'm attempting to build ros_web_video as a package in a workspace. I get the following output when running catkin_make (on ROS Hydro, Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, fresh install):

Any ideas?
Build break due to broken link in ros_web_video/3rdparty/Makefile
The build currently fails due to a broken link in ros_web_video/3rdparty/Makefile which points to http://pr.willowgarage.com/downloads/.... An alternate source for this file is http://download.ros.org/downloads/ffmpeg_libvpx_3rdparty_sources.tar.gz
Doesn't build on hydro
Fails to build with the error:
'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe2 in position 33: ordinal not in range(128)
exported libary doesn't exist
Where is the library ${PROJECT_NAME} supposed to come from (

I would guess it needs to be removed from the catkin_package() call.
