More useful and consistent logging. about marionette HOT 1 CLOSED

To be concrete there will be three levels of logging:

• DEBUG
  • This will include text from the lexer, parser, etc. Low-level stuff that most users won't care about.
• INFO
  • This will include things like:
    • Running shell-module rule: I touch your file.
    • The rule triggered a change.
• ERROR
  • This will include fatal errors

All logging will go to STDERR.

Having looked around I think I'll use:

• https://github.com/hashicorp/logutils

It hasn't been updated for a while, but it seems simple to inline if we needed to, and most of the other systems I checked out wanted to use structured logging which I don't think I want for this project.
