Hello, I'm so sorry to bother you again. When using the genphen package to analysis the associations between genotype and phenotype, how can I to handle with the missing value in genotype. Fox example, there are some missing positions in the genotype, which were filled with the symptom "-". Are there any specificed settings in the runGenphen function?

I wonder whether there is a function we can use to predict the phenotype based on the genotype?

I know that the posterior distribution was stored when running the runGenphen function. If there is a predict function, such as predict function in the linear regression model (lm), it is more convenient for the users to do further analysis.
