double-check v03

Are the part libraries consistent with eagle github repo? [NO]
comment: Gonna want to bring in some of those "double pads" when this goes to reds.
Do any parts have unnecessary values (Eagle has autoset the package as the value)? [YES]
comment: Heat sinking grounding standoffs have unnecessary values that are clouding up the schematic with some overlap, also "gronuding" is spelled wrong.

Also, just noiced some overlap on header symbols:

If this design requires special ordering or production assembly instructions, have the symbols/packages been added with notes? (PCB thickness, humidity sensitivity, etc.) [YES]
