Hi, this plugin has been very useful for me in the past but currently I am struggling to get the merge function to do anything. I have attached my current image and input parameters after making it binary. As you can see it fits the white oval shapes well but then doesn't appear to merge the multiple ellipses even when I reduce the threshold. Am I misunderstanding or misusing this maybe?
