Dominik Kutra says:
"In your screenshot it says "Ilastik detector" (with capital I). We usually don't capitalize ilastik."

It seems that the ilastik plugin for Trackmate stopped working after an update from ilastik4ij (version 2.0.1). When reverting to a previous version (1.8.3, https://sites.imagej.net/Ilastik/plugins/) of ilastik4ij the plugin is working.

This is the error I'm getting:

Looking into the code of ilastik4ij it seems that the function that is used to get the ilastik executable is not present anymore

I am no expert in Fiji plugins, but I am happy to help. Maybe there is a way to get the option/setting referring to the Ilastik executable directly from the Fiji settings instead of using a function of ilastik4ij.
