The scripts using FBP2D are still hard-wired to use 1 thread because of older problems. This work-around should now be disabled hopefully.

we still have various places where we divide by 2, but should use //2 as we need an int

those line numbers don't make sense for the jupyter notebooks

As the non-MAP reconstructions are not re-run, OSEM (and other non-regularised recons) in the noise* folders are always the noiseless ones.

When I run FBP2D in working_folder/brain, it shows ERROR: BackProjectorByBinUsingInterpolation cannot handle non-zero view-offset. I checked wiki, found the reson is arc correction, but applied corrections:={none}. But it works, when I run my own data without arc correction.

Even run OSMAPOSL OSMAPOSL_QuadraticPrior.par, it also shows ERROR: Error opening file OSEM_24.hv. I am confused cause there is no error when I run my own data.

I have no idea how to handle it... Did anyone meet the same question? Thanks for any reply!

best not to use 4 images in 1 row etc

When I ran run_reconstruction_brain.sh, an error happened:
ImportError: No module named stir
What should I do?

Hello, I downloaded and installed the VM version of STIR, but when I try to run simulations I got this error. I researched for the error but there was no solutions. Can you help me about this error? I'm studying for a project for the thesis, so it's a little bit important. Thanks in advance.
